Our products

MODO IQ Focus Strips are a dietary supplement. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products and website content are for general information only and are not medical advice. Pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition or taking medication should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Follow the directions on the label and do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders, pricing and availability

- All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.
- Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you selected, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can pause or cancel any time before your next renewal by contacting us. See our Refund policy for details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these Terms.

Accounts and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you place an order or create an account, and to keep your account details secure.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the MODO IQ name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to MODO IQ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODO IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
