Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all US orders. For Canada, shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, and a flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to smaller orders. We don't currently ship to other countries.

How orders are shipped

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email shows the latest status of your package.

Taxes, duties and customs

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive. These are charged by the carrier or customs authority, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at modoiqservice@gmail.com. We can only change an address before your order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at modoiqservice@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out. See our Refund policy for damaged or incorrect orders.
